We gave Mario an almost impossible task and he executed. We wanted to capitalise on a deal that the car dealership was ending in 2 days. He managed to secure an extension, completed the loan process and got us our car!Mario worked with our schedule and made us feel valued. He answered every question and call no matter the time.of the day.We 100% recommend using his services!

If you can think of an adjective to describe a positive experience it would be suitable when talking about Mario. This man stays on top of things. This is my third time doing business with Mario when deal with vehicles and vehicle loans and hassle free doesn't being to describe the process. Most I had to do was sign a few forms which he delivered to me. At this point, even if I could do it myself I probably won't, not when the Loan Minister is around.

I’ve had the pleasure to work more than once with The Loan Minister, and I must say that on all occasions the service was exceptional. Everything that needed to be done was done and I never had to leave my job to sign any documents or go into the bank. That was a big convenience for me because I don’t live or work in Kingston or its environs. Their dedication to providing exceptional customer service, even when things don’t go exactly as planned, is truly commendable and it makes the service worth paying for. Listen this company is legit. I honestly think they should call themselves the LOAN BOSS! My experience was top-notch, the team is very professional and you get constant updates. They have a system that is very convenient and easy to use, and even so their is someone to guide you through each phase. Talk about time focused and goal oriented! I was literally at my wits end trying to get through with a financial institution to change my car which was now costing me too much (imo) to maintain. Mario is not stranger to me but I somehow had lost his contact until I tried reaching him via an old email address I had.This is Mario's niche, it's his thing; and forming the loan minister company to help individuals like me was a God sent. Mario is extremely patient, I never felt pressured to make a decision, and most importantly, a professional who knows the car business inside and out. The buying process of my Axio took about 6-weeks. The best part Mario stayed in touch with me the entire time which only made the buying experience even more enjoyable.
